La Ravanne is a Mauritian restaurant a short boat ride away – a traditional pirogue departs from the beach in front of the Blue Marlin restaurant and drops off guests at La Ravanne’s private jetty. The Paradis Kids Club, for younger guests aged 3 to 11, offers fun and educational activities and facilities to keep children entertained for hours – from glass-bottom boat trips, swimming and bike rides to bouncy castles and golf. Stretching along just under 6,000 metres within the resort’s grounds, this 18-hole, par-72 championship golf course stretches between the iconic Morne Mountain and the crystalline lagoon of the Morne Peninsula. Designed by international golf legends Tony Johnstone and David Dutton, bright flowers add pops of colour to the green fairways on this course as golfers enjoy the mountain backdrop for the first half and views of the coastline for the last nine holes, complete with five water hazards. There is also an elegant clubhouse and an excellent golf academy.
