The hotel has seven outstanding restaurants, each using the finest ingredients to create culinary masterpieces.  Citronelle is the hotel’s main  restaurant, serving international cuisine from live cooking stations. If you fancy a classic meal, you could also sample La Spiaggia, which specialises in Mediterranean cuisine and overlooks the ocean. Deer Hunter is the clubhouse restaurant, where guests can marvel at Java deer whilst enjoying traditional Mauritian dishes. The U Spa by Constance is tucked away in quiet surroundings for the utmost relaxation and rejuvenation. There is a sauna, steam room, two whirlpools, a cold plunge pool and a hair salon. Located just a five-minute transfer from the resort, and designed by Rodney Wright and Peter Alliss, this 18-hole, par-71 course is laid our across undulating terrain with raised tee-boxes and greens.

The Legend golf course is an 18-hole, par-72 course, designed by South African champion Hugh Baiocchi. With a championship layout, it is set along one of the most beautiful beaches in Mauritius, surrounded by water and indigenous forest, and built to USPGA specifications. It is located right next to Constance Belle Mare Plage resort and regularly holds a Seniors Tour event.
