Beau Champ is a classic French restaurant where dishes are crafted in an open kitchen, using fresh local produce including seafood. Diners can eat indoors or outdoors at the water’s edge. Designed by Ernie Els, this 18-hole, par-72 course is a championship course with large fairways and five sets of tees, laid out over a former sugar plantation and nestled between the magnificent mountains and a clear lagoon. Built to USGA standards, it is the first of its kind in Mauritius, and is also the home of Belgian Ryder Cup player Nicolas Colsaerts. The final shot is one of the most spectacular in the world, following six stunning ocean-front holes. Anahita hosted the European Tour’s Mauritius Open in 2018.
