Elegant Golf Resorts at The Legends Staysure PGA Seniors Championship, Formby
The 26th of August this year saw the Elegant Golf Resorts Team pack up their clubs and head north west to Formby Golf Club for The Legends Staysure PGA Seniors Championship.
As proud official travel partner of The Legends Tour, we hosted a stand in the Championship Village, and it was wonderful to catch up with so many clients and future clients and to be able to spend some time chatting to them about all things golf, where they have travelled before and what they like about golf holidays.
Superbly organised and hugely enjoyable, the Tournament was a real success. Highlights include seeing some true legends of the game in action (Paul McGinley, Paul Lawrie, Sam Torrance and Ian Woosnam), listening to Q&As from top golfers, seeing some spectacular golf and just enjoying and sharing our mutual love of golf with so many likeminded people.
Jakub Radny, one of our Golf Sales Team, fulfilled a lifetime’s ambition by playing in the pro-am with Ryan Taylor and summed up his day simply as ‘An amazing time. One of the best golf experiences I’ve ever had.’ Our congratulations to Adilson da Silva who is the winner of 2022 Staysure PGA Seniors Champion and also to our Elegant Golf Resorts winners of tickets to the event and a big thank you to everyone who dropped by to see us.
