Elegant Golf Resorts are particularly impressed with their commitment to the environment and Lynx Golf are working hard to become the first in the world to rid itself of Single-Use Plastics (SUPs).

Lynx Golf was originally founded in the 1970’s by John Riley Sr and Carl Ross and quickly became an iconic name, still fondly loved by those who used Lynx equipment in the early years and into its heyday in the early 1990s, when it chalked up Major wins at the 1992 Masters and 1994 US Open. Since 2011 with a change of ownership in the UK it has undergone successful transition and concentrates on developing high quality, technologically-advanced but affordable golf clubs, backed up by great customer service. With clubs designed and assembled in the UK at the company’s Weybridge, Surrey, headquarters.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This is a prize draw to win a 4-PW custom fit set of Prowler VT Irons and Black Cat Driver custom fit provided by Lynx Golf for Elegant Golf Resorts (The Company)

The prize is non-transferable or refundable

The Company reserve the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize. Should the value of any prize be less than the value stated, the difference will not be awarded in cash or in kind.

The winner will be selected at random from the entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions by a member of the Elegant Golf Resorts team, whose decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Employees and immediate families of Elegant Golf Resorts, Lynx Golf and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

The prize draw opens at 12:01 am BST on 03 September 2019 and closes on 17 September 2019 at 11:59 pm BST. Any entries received outside these specified times and dates will not be eligible for entry into the competition. The winner will be emailed by 30 September 2019. The winner may see their name posted on the Company’s website and on other websites and social media accounts.

The prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over. The Company reserves the right to alter the prize or cancel the prize draw without notice but will try to avoid creating any undue disappointment.

No cash alternatives to the prize will be provided. If a Winner is unable to accept their prize or cannot be contacted, the Company reserves the right to select another winner. The Company will make available the name and county of the winner to anyone who requests this information by contacting us.

The Company is the data controller of Personal Data that it collects in the course of running the prize draw and will use the Personal Data in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Notice. It will use such Personal Data for the purposes of running the prize draw and delivering any prize(s) and will delete it after a reasonable period from the end of the prize draw. “Personal Data” means names of entrants and other details provided by them (e.g. email addresses, telephone numbers) for the prize draw. The Company will not share such Personal Data with any third parties except for the purpose of delivering the prize(s).

Where entrants have opted-in to receive communications from the Company, the email addresses of entrants will be used by the Company in accordance with its Privacy Notice to send news about products and promotions. Entrants will be given the option of opting out in those emails if they don’t want to receive any further communications.

Where an entrant has opted in for their personal data to be shared with Lynx Golf, they agree that the Company may transfer their personal data to that company and that company will be deemed to be the data controller of the personal data transferred to them. They will use the personal data for their newsletter and will use it in accordance with their Privacy Notice.

By entering the prize draw entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
