TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to the Complimentary Luxury Golf Towel Offer (“the Offer”) provided by Elegant Golf Resorts (“the Company”). By participating in this Offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

The Offer is available to customers who purchase an Elegant Golf Resorts golf holiday inclusive of flights to any long-haul destination with a minimum flight time of 6 hours.

Offer Period

The Offer is valid from 01 March 2024 and ends on 30 June 2024 (“the Offer Period”).

RedemptionTo redeem the Offer, the customer must make a qualifying booking during the Offer Period. Each qualifying booking is entitled to receive one (1) complimentary luxury golf towel

Qualifying Booking
A qualifying booking is defined as a confirmed and paid golf holiday package inclusive of flights to any of Elegant Golf Resorts long-haul destinations with a minimum flight time of 6 hours.

Luxury Golf Towel
The complimentary luxury golf towel is provided by the Company and is subject to availability. The Company reserves the right to substitute the luxury golf towel with an item of equal or greater value.

Delivery
The luxury golf towel(s) will be dispatched to the address of the lead passenger provided at the time of booking, no later than 30 days after the completion of the holiday.

Non-Transferable
The Offer and the complimentary luxury golf towel are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation or modification of the qualifying booking, the Offer and the complimentary luxury golf towel will be forfeited.

Limitation
Only one (1) luxury golf towel will be provided per person per qualifying booking.

General Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Offer at any time without prior notice. The Offer is subject to availability and while stocks last. The Company’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Offer is final and binding.

Privacy
Any personal information provided in connection with this Offer will be used in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. By participating in this Offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
