This is a relatively new addition to golf resorts in Portugal and is indeed a wonderful venue for a golfing holiday. The resort has been built and golf course designed over very privileged land, once an area owned by the Portuguese Royal Family. The terrain is stunning and is brimming with wildlife including wild boar and deer, with the hillsides also covered with vineyards.

All bedrooms have walk in showers and the renowned Heavenly Beds and Baths which are now world famous. All rooms also have balcony with panoramic vista of the golf course and countryside. There is an equestrian centre and a small Spa with excellent leisure amenities. The indoor swimming pool is complemented by a sauna, hammam and Jacuzzi and one can enjoy various spa treatments or massage in a relaxing environment.

The 18 hole parkland course which surrounds the hotel is a great test of golf and a good base to visit Lisbon or explore the wonderful northern region of this Lisbon coastline all the way up to Obidos.
