The Lovely Dordogne is in the south west - just inland from Bordeaux, which can be accessed by flying to Bergerac also and is one of the most picturesque parts of the country, not just super wine like St Emilion but lovely spectacular scenery with gorges, caves, stunning rivers and ancient wine towns to explore and lovely old castles.
Our featured resort Chateau des Vigiers is really special and has 27 holes adjacent together with its own wine and vineyards.
