My wife and I with our two friends Mr and Mrs Coghill visited your hotel from 26th Jan to 2nd Feb. It was our first visit to Turkey and were very impressed by all aspects of our holiday. From the most pleasant and helpful staff, the excellent choice of food,the first superb golf courses and the well organised transport arrangements to and fro, it really was a first class holiday.The weather could have been better but that is out of your control.

I must let you know that we had a wonderful holiday at the Gloria Golf Hotel, and all your recommendations for our mixed group were spot on. We loved the hotel and everything about it, and found the courses in great condition and just right for our capabilities. The weather was superb - 7 days of wall to wall sunshine from the mid 70's upwards - perfect.
On picking up the flight tickets at the airport we found that inflight food was included both ways, and I kept the Thomas Cook ticket booklet with stubs, etc., in case you may find it possible to claim a refund on the extras you booked for the return trip. Please let me know if you'd like me to send it on to you. We did get the seats you reserved for us on the return journey, and were successful booking in early on the 2nd to get seats reasonably close. (Originally, last April, we had booked the package of clubs, onboard food and seats together, but I can imagine that sorting everything out after the volcanic ash episode was a nightmare for you and your staff).
It was the first time we'd experienced an 'all inclusive' deal - and I have to say it was brilliant. At the end of our holiday we only had to pay for the hire of buggies/trolleys and our own super day out with Matrix Travel. All your arrangements for us worked beautifully, Hotel staff, golf and Matrix personnel could not have been more helpful. We have been considering a visit to Turkey for some years, and our only regret is that it has taken us so long to get around to it.
As a group we've enjoyed many golfing holidays together in Portugal (Penina and Vilamoura several times), Spain, South Africa, Thailand, France, and the UK, but we are all agreed that this holiday was the best of all. We are definitely going to consider going back next year, and will not hesitate to recommend you and Elegant Golf Travel to our clubmates.

I felt I had to drop a quick line to say how much we all enjoyed our recent trip. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish, the hotel, transfers, golf courses were all just perfect. May be it helped that the weather was superb as well!

May I just say a few words in respect to our recent Golf holiday @ the Sirene Hotel,Belek,Turkey.
This is our second time at the Sirene but our experience was far more for the better this time round.
We was Met @ welcomed by our rep Fatih Guler (Matrix Travel Solutions).What a top bloke.This guy is a professional.He is so polite,always smiles and pleased us in every way possible.
Would you be so kind as to forward our big thanks and gratitude to Matrix and yourselves for such a wonderful time.
Staff like Fatih are very hard to come by and he made our holiday the best so far.

We are back home safe and sound. Thomas Cook looked after us very well and the guys enjoyed the extra day unwinding.
If the name of the town we were put up in was Kemer the hotel was fine but the place itself I woulnt recommend as it seemed a bit 3rd world and disjointed.
As for Belek the courses were superb and in tremendous condition and as I said on the phone the only disappointment was the pin positions at the National. The 8 that played Lykia Links all thought it was the best course they played during their stay. We played off the gold tees around 6900yds and it was a great challenge to finish.
The Serene Hotel was an excellent hotel base and the food was good and varied.
The Matrix staff were very helpfull re transfers and arranging a trip to Antalya. Fatti was very good and could not do enough to help. He called me the day after we left when we were in Kemar to see we were OK and offered his services if we needed help in any way.
All in all a great trip and look forward to booking with you again.

We have just returned from an excellent holiday in Belek, the Sirene Hotel was very good and the golf courses excellent. We liked both the Pasha and the Sultan and felt the Carya needed a little more time to mature but was still good. Matrix were excellent with the transfers and information, the flight with Thomas Cook was fine if a little cramped.
Thanks for keeping me informed about the ash, we were very lucky there were only two Thomas Cook flights that took off that morning and we were one of them.
Thanks for your help the consensus is that we will do it again next year around the same time and maybe with 8 rather than six. Perhaps you can let me know when would be the best time to look to make a booking and we can then discuss.

The flights, hotel, handling agent ( Matrix ) and the quality of the golf courses were excellent.
Not having been to Turkey before we were a little apprehensive but our fears were not realised.
We would have no hesitation in returning to Turkey and to using your company again.
