Golf in Dubai is very exclusive and therefore not cheap, mainly because the courses are mainly members courses, who accept visitors rather than commercial golf courses. However, the quality is outstanding. We can book you golf at the best prices on any golf course in Dubai, we highly recommend the new Els Club which is a links style layout in the desert, Arabian Ranches which is also a links style desert layout in the dunes. Although our favourite is the Four Seasons Golf Club at Al Badia, which is very close to the Park Hyatt (10 minutes) and a Trent Jones special, with lots of water features. The old favourites of the Dubai Creek & Country Club (on site), the Montgomerie and the Emirates Majilis and Faldo always take a lot of beating.
We can offer a special 3 round package incorporating the Majilis, Faldo and the Creek. All Dubai courses are immaculately manicured as you would expect incredibly lush fairways and pristine putting surfaces and of course buggy hire is included in our green fee prices based on 2 sharing. If you need us to pre-arrange golf transfers from your hotel please ask for a quotation The new Tiger Woods course will open in late November 2009 but will not be open to visitors, but there are a number of new courses opening in the coming months - the Earth, Water, Wind & Fire complex for example - which will host the Race to Dubai competition to climax the European Tour at the end of 2009 on the Greg Norman course. We will be selling packages to this Event please call or email if you are interested.
This course is right next door to the Park Hyatt and is one of the oldest 18 hole courses in Dubai, in 2006 the course was revamped and redesigned to bring all 18 holes up to the highest of standards. There are a lot of great holes close to the Creek which causes a natural breeze to keep it relatively cool. The finishing holes 16 -18 are unbelievable and anything left is a lost ball in the Creek, whilst there is on the front nine a new tee on an island on the Creek requiring a brave tee shot over the water to reach the fairway. The 18th requires a long iron over a water hazard to make the green. Perfectly manicured and a wonderful clubhouse with a huge aquarium in the restaurant.
