Golf Courses :

The 36 holes at PGA Catalunya were designed by Neil Coles and Angel Gallardo and are some of the very finest in Spain and the Stadium course has been ranked in Europe's top 10 by Golf World magazine on more than one occasion. The Stadium is the bigger challenge and much tighter and hillier off the tee, but it is also longer, although it has 5 teeing grounds. The Stadium course has hosted two major European Tournaments including the Spanish Open in 2000 within 10 months of actually opening. If you are looking for another course in the locality - it is only a 20 minute's drive to Girona, a fine parkland course over hilly terrain. In 2009 the Clubhouse will re-open in its re-designed format, which will be a welcome addition.

PGA Catalunya Stadium Course

Simply an amazing test of golf, with elevated tees on most holes, with a lot of great dog leg par 4s and par 5s, most holes thread their way through a magnificent pine forest over rolling sand hill terrain with many holes boasting great mountain views in the direction of the Pyrenees. Holes 3,4,5 13,14 and 17 all have prominent water features and this is at all time a joy to play. The Stadium course has hosted the Spanish Open in 2000 and was designed by Neil Coles and Angel Gallardo. The Stadium course is definitely a buggy course for the Senior golfer.

PGA Catalunya Tour Course

This course opened in 2004 and has settled in to being a fine test of golf located on the other side of the Sol Melia Hotel, within walking distance of reception. The course is very close to being as strong as its illustrious Stadium course, the only differences being that it is a shorter course, it is about 10% shorter, the fairways are a little wider and the tees are not as elevated to the fairways, but it is still mostly laid out through pine forest and it does have some beautiful holes with lakes and there are no push over easy holes. We recommend that you play this course before you play the Stadium.
