This magnificent new 18 hole links designed by one of the world's elite golf designers, Perry Dye, opened finally in November 2008 and has been heralded as one of the finest new courses in Europe. The holes have been laid out over natural sand dunes in close proximity to the beach, there are only about a dozen trees on the whole course. Just like your favourite links in the UK or Ireland, the test comes from natural sea breezes, the pot bunkers, the rolling fairways and elevated tees ,with fairways winding their way through mountainous sand hills.
Perry Dye designed the famous courses of Whistling Straits, Harbour Town at Hilton Head and the equally amazing Kiawah Island, they don't come any better than these three.
