The CS Sao Rafael during the winter months has just an a la carte restaurant open, no buffet restaurant, however, you are only a 3 minute’s drive into the Algarve favourite seaside resort Albufeira which does boast some of the very best restaurants. However, the a la carte restaurant does have a superb chef and very fine cuisine which is a welcome attraction to this great value hotel.
During the April to November period you also have a buffet restaurant, but even more noteworthy is that within a 5 minute walk on the beach there is a very fine fish and seafood restaurant also managed by the hotel.
You will find out for yourself which is your favourite course in the hotel package, but we highly recommend the newest designed by European Golf Design called the CS Alamos, it is a magnificent layout, with rolling terrain and amazing scenery. Known as the Grouse course because it is the only golf course on the Algarve where grouse roam the fairways, it’s like being in the Highlands of Scotland.
