If you are a party of 8 persons or more and are booking not more than 10 rooms on the same reservation (this is the normal maximum – 20 persons), you will qualify for a special tailor made price for your party.

Many of our overseas supplier partners, especially in Turkey and in a lot of resorts in Spain and Portugal allow one in eight free for bookings, so this can allow us to quote you up to about 10% cheaper for a group of between 8 and 20 persons, arriving on the same date and for the same duration, staying in twin or double room occupancy.

If you are booking a group in excess of 10 rooms then many hotels see this as a group enquiry and not an FIT enquiry and often charge more than the normal tour operator room rate, therefore we have to charge you a higher price accordingly. This is not always the case. Generally speaking, the best discounts for groups on a combination of hotel and golf green fees are available in Turkey.
