Morocco

Morocco is a fascinating destination, it is where east meets west, it is where the average temperature between October and May is a remarkable 23 degrees, it is a place which guarantees you find the sunshine during a harsh British winter.

Morocco is only 3 hours flying time from London and can be accessed by no frills airlines as well as scheduled operators. Between June and September it is very hot here and it can register over 40 degrees, so the prices are cheaper – a bit like in Dubai.

Marrakech is the renowned PINK CITY which is brimming with energy, all avenues lead to the famous Djemaa al Fina Square where all the action takes place, including dancers, snake charmers, fire eaters, and musicians contrast with acrobats, story tellers and carpet sellers. The main attractions are the souks where you can negotiate your own bargains with the tradesmen, but we recommend that you take a guide with you from the hotel to keep you right!

Marrakech is just south of the remarkable and spectacular Atlas Mountains, so why not take an excursion whilst you are there to explore this stunning wild territory. Go where Michael Palin went on his travels – even if it is just for 1 single day.
