This is a golfing oasis in the arid region of the Costa Almeria, located just 5 minutes walk away from the idyllic yachting marina of Almerimar, where there a number of good venues to eat out or have a few drinks and watch the sunset. The Almerimar Golf Resort has been popular with the British for almost 30 years now and the recent addition of a third nine holes has added more variety to your stay here. The Hotel is not a pure golfer’s hotel, but under the influence of the current manager, who used to run the older Golf Hotel, Antonio Fornielles, it caters very well for the golf market now.

We recommend 7 night stays so that you qualify for 6 green fees and you have the chance of playing 2 out of the 6 rounds in other golf courses, at Playa Serena or La Envia which are both about 30 minutes drive away. If you book 120 days prior to arrival also you can qualify for free half board in the buffet restaurant. The beach of Almerimar is on one side of the hotel and the golf course on the other and all bedrooms offer the visitor balconies.
